Our contract review services are carried out by Rebecca Powell, a practising solicitor who is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Rebecca is a director and employee of Lex Direct. The scope of the services we provide means that Lex Direct, as a firm, does not need to be authorised and regulated by the SRA or hold the minimum level of professional indemnity insurance required by the SRA for firms which it authorises and regulates. However, we do hold professional indemnity insurance, and details of this are set out in our Terms of Business.
