Rebecca Powell is a commercial solicitor who has spent more than 16 years working in-house for complex, multi-national and regulated corporations including:

Lex Direct was set up by Rebecca in 2011 as a direct response to her experience in providing accurate, practical and commercially pragmatic solutions to the wide ranging legal issues faced by UK companies operating in competitive global markets.
